We want you to love how they fit. If something is not quite right, returns are free and simple.

Free returns.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your shoes. Email info@walkiewalkie.au with your order number, post your shoes back to us, and we will refund both your return postage and the full amount you paid to your original payment method as soon as your return reaches us. Please make sure they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Need a different size?

If your size is still in stock, we will happily swap it. Because each style is made in a small limited batch, sizes do sell out, so if the one you need is gone we will refund you in full instead. Just tell us the size you would like when you get in touch.

Faulty or incorrect orders.

If anything ever arrives faulty or not what you ordered, that is on us. We will cover everything and make it right in full.
