Returns

Every pair is made in a limited run, so please choose with care. Here is how returns work.

What we accept.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with no signs of wear or use.

Refunds.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. A 30% packaging and handling fee applies to all refunds and is deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchanges.

Because each style is a strictly limited edition, we are unable to offer exchanges. Once a pair is gone, it is gone.

How to start a return.

Email info@walkiewalkie.au with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping is arranged by the customer.

Anything that arrives faulty or incorrect is our responsibility and will be resolved in full. Just reach out.
