How do I find my size?

We show every size in UK, US, AU, EU, and centimetres, so you can order in the measurement you know best.

Are your shoes true to size?

We recommend ordering your usual size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

What is your shipping policy?

Free standard shipping across Australia, dispatched within one to two business days and delivered in three to seven. See our Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Reach out to us at info@walkiewalkie.au and we can work it out. We are always happy to arrange international shipping where we can.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging. A 30% packaging and handling fee applies to refunds, and because every style is a limited edition we are unable to offer exchanges. See our Returns page for full details.

Why are your runs limited?

We produce in small, handmade runs rather than mass production. It keeps quality high and waste low. When a style sells out, it is gone.

How do I care for my shoes?

Store them away from direct heat, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth, and let them rest between wears so they keep their shape.
